Truck diesel surcharges

On this page our customers will find the energy surcharges, which vary monthly depending on the diesel price.
We use the average price of diesel fuel per month, which is calculated monthly by the Fuels and Energy Trade Association (en2x) Link, as the basis for our calculations. We always calculate the fuel surcharge for month C on the basis of the average price for month A.
For example, the average diesel price for the month of January forms the basis of calculation for the month of March.
In principle, we differentiate between local and long-distance lorry transports. Local transport is usually part of combined transport. For them, the surcharge price is staggered according to kilometre zones. For long-distance transports of 401 kilometres or more, the surcharge price is calculated as a percentage surcharge depending on the diesel price (month A).
